About Binance Accelerator Program
Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. Responsibilities

    •  Develop, enhance, and maintain backend services and microservices for the Risk platform using Java (Spring Boot).
    • Collaborate closely with risk analysts, data scientists, and other engineers to design and implement systems for fraud detection, transaction monitoring, and user protection.
    • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
    • Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions.
    • Analyze and optimize system performance and reliability.
    • Assist in building tools and automation to improve operational efficiency and response time to emerging threats.

Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (students in their final year are welcome to apply).
    • Solid understanding of Java programming fundamentals, object-oriented design, and multithreading.
    • Familiarity with Spring Boot and RESTful APIs.
    • Basic knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and caching systems (Redis).
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Interest in security, risk management, or financial systems is a plus.
