To achieve this, we are seeking a QA Automation Specialist with deep expertise in automated testing and a strong background in blockchain technology.
What You Will Do
As a QA Automation Specialist at Routescan, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our blockchain explorer is robust, scalable, and virtually bug-free. Your responsibilities will focus on automation and advanced QA practices, including:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining comprehensive automated test suites for our blockchain explorer.
- Architecting scalable test automation frameworks and integrating them into CI/CD pipelines.
- Leading the implementation of automated behavioral, regression, and performance testing.
- Identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs and issues through their lifecycle, leveraging automation wherever possible.
- Continuously evaluating and adopting the latest tools, frameworks, and best practices in test automation and blockchain QA.
- Collaborating closely with developers and product teams to ensure testability and quality throughout the SDLC.
- Mentoring and guiding other QA team members on advanced automation techniques.
What Makes You a Good Fit
- Fluent in English.
- Hard requirement: Minimum 5 years in the crypto sector, with extensive hands-on experience using explorers, wallets, and dapps.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing automated test frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar).
- Deep knowledge of QA tools and methodologies, including test case management, bug tracking systems, and advanced automation strategies.
- Strong programming skills in one or more languages commonly used for test automation (e.g., Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java).
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality, reliable software.
- Independent and proactive, able to drive projects forward with minimal direction and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, able to clearly articulate testing strategies, automation approaches, and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
