<span >- Enhance client performance by discovering the limits of the systems, locating and identifying bottlenecks, and optimizing them.
- Expand and standardize performance measurement tools and processes.

Who You Are
- Highly experienced in tuning and optimizing microservices in distributed systems.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven English fluency.
- You also think the average has no place as a performance metric
- You prefer user journey driven tests to synthetic ones
- At least 8 years of experience in software engineering, with a significant focus on backend development.
- Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities enable you to guide and support other engineers effectively.
- Expert in designing and implementing innovative technical solutions, along with your ability to set and execute technical direction, makes you a valuable asset.
- You autonomously drive initiative and have a proactive, "get it done" attitude.
Preferred qualifications
- Monitoring production system performance.
- Familiarity with performance monitoring tools.
- Experience/knowledge about queuing theory, universal scalability law or similar
concepts - Understanding of blockchain technology.
- Professional Java experience.
We expect solid knowledge of
- Skilled in performance testing microservices.
- Capable of setting up performance tests, creating realistic scripts, profiling scenarios, and optimizing identified bottlenecks.
- Experience in profiling and optimizing microservices.
- Databases (PostgreSQL is a plus)
- Understanding of Cloud Architectures, Microservices and Distributed Systems
- Containerization (Kubernetes and Docker)
