The KYC team is a key part of the Compliance department which ensures that the Crypto.com is compliant with its obligation of client identification and due diligence on a worldwide basis and to provide the institution with adequate and complete client information.

Responsibilities:

• Build a strong Training team that will implement the best quality standards;
• Hold regular meetings with Compliance Ops Management to review Training performance;
• Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant;
• Constantly improve the training plan;
• Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with KYC Team Leads and Managers;

• Previous experience in the sphere of KYC and people management;
• Proficiency in verbal and written English;
• Experience in managing teams;
• Have a good knowledge of the applicable legislation in the areas of fintech and payment services;
• Experience in performing AML/KYC reviews in the financial services industry;
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask;
• Fast learner and able to adapt to a global company;
• Ability to prioritize and act fast;
• Good Internet Research Skills;
• a Bachelor's level degree or professional qualification;
