*Managing the processes for compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK)

*Managing Information Security Processes (ISO 27001)

*Managing IT risk and action processes

*Managing Business Continuity Management processes, creating Business Continuity plans, organizing continuity tests, and overseeing action and reporting processes

*Ensuring compliance with local and global regulations regarding the prevention of money laundering (AML) and the financing of terrorism, and ensuring necessary actions are taken in this context

*Establishing the Internal Control function and ensuring the required controls are implementedSupporting Internal Audit activities.

*A graduate degree in relevant fields from a recognized university

*Minimum of 10 years of experience in one or more of the fields of Audit, Compliance, Internal Control, and KVKK, with at least 3 years of managerial experience

*Ability to manage multiple projects and processes simultaneously

*Solution-oriented and positive mindsetEntrepreneurial spirit, eager to be part of a dynamic and energetic team

*Strong communication skillsExcitement to add extra value independently in a developing and growing organization

*Proficient in English

*ISO 27001 certificationKnowledge and interest in the crypto ecosystem, crypto assets, DeFi, and blockchain technology

*Experience in Compliance, Risk, Audit, or Internal Control related to crypto assets.
