The Role:

We are in search of a creative and detail-oriented Senior Marketing Coordinator to help manage our web, design, social, and content initiatives across the Sui Foundation’s Global Marketing team.

What you'll do:

  • Project Management:

    • Manage marketing projects from conception to completion, working with various stakeholders across multiple teams to ensure timely delivery. 

    • Maintain project and editorial schedules and track progress to ensure timely delivery of all campaign elements.

    • Prepare and distribute project status reports, meeting notes, and other documentation as needed.

  • Campaign Coordination:

    • Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and events.

    • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of marketing materials.

    • Support the development of marketing content, including writing, editing, and proofreading.

  • Event Planning and Coordination:

    • Assist in organizing and executing marketing events, such as trade shows, webinars, and product launches.

    • Help coordinate logistics and design needs.

  • Digital Marketing Support:

    • Assist in supporting the Sui Foundation’s social media accounts, including identifying opportunities for content creation, posting, and engagement.

    • Support the execution of email marketing campaigns, including list management, content creation, and performance analysis.

  • Collaboration and Communication:

    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Design, DevRel, Education, Growth, Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, and more, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

    • Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure cohesive and consistent messaging.

    • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and maintaining the editorial calendar.

What you'll bring:

  • 3 – 6 years of proven experience as a Marketing Coordinator or similar role.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as social media management tools, email marketing software, and content management systems.

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles, including copywriting, SEO, PPC, and analytics.

  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

This is a long-term contract opportunity with a full-time schedule.
