triple A code is looking for a talented Senior Web3 Engineer with a proven track record of building outstanding digital applications to join our founding team. We are looking for candidates with a broad skill set who have the desire to understand a product holistically and contribute creatively. This is an on-site position and we're based in Berlin / Germany.

triple A code is developing a Phygital Trading Platform for collectors and traders which will blur the boundaries between real and digital assets using blockchain technology

Tasks

Your mission is to…

• Lead the development of our web application and build exceptional end-user experiences
• Collaborate on new feature designs, prototyping and translating UI/UX designs into code
• Implement new features end-to-end, from assisting in writing User Stories to implementation, testing, documentation, and deployment
• Establish coding standards and best practices, perform code and design reviews and provide feedback
• Push the team towards better quality software by constructively pointing out opportunities to reduce complexity
• Identify root causes of issues and fixes those rather than their symptoms
• Ensure the performance, quality, and stability via test-driven development
• Maintain and improve our CI/CD pipeline

Requirements

• You are an open-minded, strong communicator who enjoys working in a fast-paced iterative and collaborative environment
• Ability to excel in a startup environment – able to take on new responsibilities quickly and independently
• A comprehensive understanding of the entire web development process
• You have a strong passion for Web3 and belief in NFT use cases beyond minting virtual art
• You have a wallet, experience in minting and trading NFTs, and know how to write smart contracts with Solidity
• Knowledge of web3 and Ethereum development tools and libraries, such as web3.js and IPFS
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for the products that you create
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
• Strong proficiency in Javascript, Typescript, React, CSS, and frameworks such as Next.js
• You can provide sample projects that show your skill in writing clean, modular, and easily maintainable code
• Experience in Test Driven Development
• Strong experience in architectural patterns, design patterns, and hands-on knowledge in applying these concepts to practical problems
• Familiarity with reactive programming, streams, and RxJs
• Working knowledge of source control with git, automation with CI/CD, and issue tracking
• Experience working with agile development methodologies
• You have very good written and oral communication skills in English; German is not a must

• Experience in backend development with ASP.NET
