Overview
Ironbridge Labs is a creative production and design studio shaping the future of content. We deliver across branding, animation, video, 3D design, virtual production, immersive experiences, and e-commerce rendering. We are looking for Blockchain Developers / NFT Engineers to join our talent community. This role is focused on designing and implementing blockchain-based applications and NFT systems for creative and branded projects. Youâll work alongside our creative directors, designers, and engineers to develop tools and experiences that connect digital content with blockchain technologies.
Responsibilities
⢠Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts on Ethereum, Polygon, or other EVM-compatible blockchains
⢠Build NFT minting, distribution, and marketplace solutions tailored for branded content and creative activations
⢠Integrate blockchain applications with frontend platforms (web and mobile)
⢠Collaborate with creative teams to define use cases, token utilities, and user flows
⢠Ensure security, gas efficiency, and scalability of smart contracts and blockchain applications
⢠Stay up to date on emerging blockchain frameworks, Layer 2 solutions, and Web3 standards
Requirements
⢠Proven experience as a Blockchain Developer, Smart Contract Engineer, or NFT Engineer
⢠Proficiency in Solidity, JavaScript/TypeScript, and blockchain SDKs (ethers.js, web3.js)
⢠Experience deploying and testing smart contracts on Ethereum testnets/mainnet
⢠Familiarity with NFT standards (ERC-721, ERC-1155) and metadata structures
⢠Strong knowledge of blockchain infrastructure, wallets, and transaction flows
⢠Ability to integrate blockchain apps with frontend frameworks (React, Next.js)
⢠Portfolio, GitHub, or case studies showing blockchain/NFT projects
Nice to Have
⢠Experience with Layer 2 scaling solutions (Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism)
⢠Knowledge of IPFS, Arweave, or other decentralized storage solutions
⢠Familiarity with DeFi protocols, DAOs, or tokenomics
⢠Interest in creative industries and building blockchain solutions for storytelling, branding, and immersive experiences
