The Mission

As the Community & Growth Manager, you will spearhead growth, engagement, and retention of Truflation’s core communities: blockchain developers, dApp developers, node operators, community builders, and partners. You will design and execute strategies to expand the community, including contests and incentivized task-driven missions, aimed at selecting the first cohort of “early adopters” who will form the foundation of Truflation’s ambassador program. You will develop tasks and manage ambassadors globally. Proven experience in Web3/crypto/blockchain and a track record of growing developer communities are essential.

The Role

• Oversee Truflation’s overall community presence and activity.Expand and engage the community across social platforms, including Twitter, Telegram, and Discord.Create and manage relationships with developers, community builders, data providers, partners, and node operators, both online and in real life (IRL).Keep the community informed about the latest product developments and company progress.Gather community feedback to help the product team identify usability and product enhancements.Regularly post engaging content on platforms like Discord and Twitter to maintain strong and active discussions.Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), create campaigns, and manage their performance.Develop and execute a targeted content strategy for engagement across platforms.Implement and manage customer acquisition campaigns and retention programs that build loyalty on platforms like Galxe, Quest, or Zeely.Monitor analytics and optimize digital marketing campaigns for online presence and impact.Design and execute paid media campaigns and gamification strategies.

Basic Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Web3, blockchain, or similar decentralized technologies and professional experience.Experience in driving user acquisition, retention, and growth.Proven ability to develop and implement customer acquisition campaigns and retention programs.Proven ability to develop and implement ambassador campaigns, optimizing campaigns for global expansion and impact.Experience in paid media campaigns and gamification strategies.Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in setting up and growing Web3 and developer communities.Experience in growing and nurturing relationships with dApp developers, blockchain developers, engineers, node operators, and community builders.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.Ability to work autonomously with minimal direction, be proactive, communicate effectively, and function in a distributed agile team.
