What you will do:
- Manage marketing campaigns across a wide range of traditional channels including Print, OOH, TV, Radio, Direct Mail, etc.
- Negotiate pricing and terms for offline media buys.
- Create media plans for brand executions and report on those campaigns using measurement tools like brand lift studies, MMTs, and MMMs.
- Develop and implement a robust paid media experimentation approach across creatives, audiences, optimisation strategies, channels, and geographies to maximize impact.
- Meet ambitious growth KPIs.
Requirements:
- 5 years of relevant media buying marketing experience, preferably directly managing offline marketing campaigns for a fintech or mobile app company.
- Execution-oriented mindset - with the humility, drive, and scrappiness to get it done.
- Must have a strong interest and knowledge of the crypto/blockchain/technology space.
- Deep understanding of marketing optimisation and analytics.
- University degree relating to Business, Marketing, Statistics, or Economics is a plus.
- Must be a fluent English speaker.
