Description

We are looking for a collaborative and delivery-oriented Technical Project Manager to lead our blockchain specific related workstream and roadmap.. This role is critical to the success of the company. The person who fills this role will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to quickly changing demands, often as the blockchain industry shifts from under our feet while we are trying to run.. We’re looking for a strategic thinker who can juggle multiple priorities and work collaboratively with stakeholders, leadership, and product across internal teams.

You already have a fundamental understanding of blockchain technologies, have dabbled in crypto and may already own an NFT or two.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute projects across development lifecycle with development teams and product management
• Assist in facilitating agile team ceremonies
• Work with stakeholders to prioritize and resolve potential blockers and issues
• Communicate current status on milestones and key issues with stakeholders
• Manage changes to project scope and communicating with all involved parties of the project, including engineering team, stakeholders, and leadership
• Work with the team and Product to breakdown large feature requests into a more iterative approach, that will help provide incremental value to users sooner
• Work with the engineering team to get realistic estimates and communicate any changes along the way to the leadership team
• Partner with engineering management around resourcing and allocation
• Provide weekly release notes to the leadership team
• Break barriers to keep things moving for individuals and for teams

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• At least 3+ years experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
• Excellent experience in SDLC Methodologies, Agile, SCRUM, Kanban
• Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across, and down
• Technically-minded and not afraid to talk details with engineers
• Outstanding organization and planning skills along with proactive follow ups
• Demonstrated ability to build and grow trust in context of strong, collaborative relationships with various stakeholders and team members
• Previous experience working with blockchain technologies is a plus
