About the role:

We are looking for a senior business manager to join our quant trading team, responsible for the overall administrative activities of the trading business and planning major projects including business expansion. The responsibility may include managing external audits, business continuity activities or addressing regulatory issues etc. The Business Manager may coordinate and manage activities such as the tracking of business financials, employee headcount and other administrative needs as necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the management team defining and implementing business strategy plus in handling related projects
• Serve as communications lead on strategy development and execution for internal business messaging.
• Advance organization/people strategy goals including communications strategy, talent strategy, and employee engagement initiatives
• Ensure the businesses operations are conducted correctly and efficiently on daily basis.
• Act as an intermediary and building relationships between the trading desks and other functions within the companies, such as Legal, Compliance, Technology & Finance.
• Define and deliver the control & governance framework within which the business operates.
• perform various ad-hoc activities such as maintaining up-to-date view of market metrics and responses to management requests.

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree is preferred).
• 6-10 years of relative working experience knowledge in financial services industry
• Proven organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstratable leadership abilities and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills Communications or marketing experience preferred
• Passion for crypto industry, markets, and new technologies
