Description of the Role

We’re looking for professionals with proven experience managing complex technical projects and an interest in the Web3 domain. Our fast growing team of engineers tackle problems ranging from dApp development to open source contributions for major protocols to issues around NFTs, and this role is crucial to successful delivery.

At Figment a Technical Project Manager (TPM) is a critical participant in the technical product delivery pipeline. The TPM is an active partner in creating, managing and delivering on our product roadmap. By working directly with the Product Management group the TPM will help set priorities and delivery schedules. Once a project is in motion the TPM works closely with the Engineering team to monitor and manage risk. As a project reaches launch the TPM coordinates with operational stakeholders such as DevOps and Support to ensure a smooth deployment.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Create, manage and report on technical project plans and schedules
• Coordinate with Product Management and Engineering leads to kick of new project initiatives
• Coordinate with Engineering leads to monitor, manage and mitigate project risks
• Create and maintain accurate project documentation
• Attend and participate in planning meetings with Engineering and Product Management to set priorities and task sequencing
• Work closely with diverse, cross functional teams to deliver world class solutions

Key Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in project management or business analysis
• Experience managing multiple projects in parallel
• Experience working in an asynchronous environment
• Practical experience with web based project management / task tracking tools and software
