Overview: We are looking for a recruitment specialist within the Fintech industry who will be responsible for identifying, attracting and evaluating top talents for open positions within Busha. Your day-to-day role will involve posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating with hiring managers and managing candidate communication throughout the process to meet Busha’s staffing requirement

Responsibilities:

  • Create and publish job ads in various portals
  • Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for various roles
  • Onboarding new hires and assisting with orientation
  • Track hiring metrics including time to fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire
  • Processing hiring paperwork and maintaining employee records
  • Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans
  • Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys
  • Follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings

The ideal employee must have

  • 3+ years of relevant working experience in the Fintech industry.
  • Proven experience as a recruitment specialist or talent acquisition specialist
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Familiarity with Applicant tracking systems
  • Experience in using LinkedIn talent solutions to proactively source candidates
  • Proficiency with social media, CV Databases, and professional networks
  • Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends

Nice to Have

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Knowledge of the Crypto industry
