- Establish dedicated communication channel with project
- Data entry and tracking of project statuses
- Handle any question that projects have regarding chain selection, onboarding or deployment
- Engage projects to share the latest updates and campaigns on BNB chain
Requirements
- A bachelorâs degree in IT, business, or a related field
- A minimum of 3 years in a sales or account management role
- Ability to quickly grasp technical knowledge of crypto products
- A comprehensive understanding of crypto/Web 3 is required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback
