About the Opportunity

OKX is seeking a Senior Data Product Manager to oversee the collection of data requirements, follow up on data-related issues, and establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance the experience of data users across the company.

What You'll Be Doing:

Data Request Management: Understanding business use cases, prioritize data requests to make sure requests can be delivered with the proper data architecture Collaborate with the Data Engineer team to design internal data pipelines/models to improve operational efficiency and support strategic business decisions. Stakeholder Collaboration and SOP Development: Partner with data analysts, data scientists, and other stakeholders to gather feedback, ensuring a seamless user experience and driving improvements in user satisfaction rate. Data Governance: Collaborate closely with data, backend, and frontend teams to initiate and lead data governance projects, ensuring a robust and scalable data infrastructure to empower business growth.

What We Look For In You:

Minimum of 3 years in data-related fields or product management fields, familiar with data warehouses, data applications and so on. Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Strong problem-solving abilities, capable of navigating complex technical challenges in a rapidly evolving environment. High level of responsibility, strong ownership and performs well under pressure.

Nice to Have

You have a strong interest in Crypto / Web3 industry Proficient in Chinese language will be a plus to communicate with some chinese speaking engineers
