Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
*Execute an end-to-end recruitment cycle to ensure a consistent flow of the right candidates for the IT and none IT positions,Â
*Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from application stage to offer,Â
*Build strong talent pipelines and engage with talent throughout the entire recruitment process,Â
*Consult with hiring managers to deliver innovative and efficient solutions for hiring needs,Â
*Provide guidance and serve as a talent advisor to share market intelligence for hiring managers,Â
*Provide standart and ad-hoc reports to management team,Â
*Develop standards for talent and career management processes (talent identification, talent reviews, succession planning, career roadmaps, rotation programs) and takes role in full execution at a global scale.Â

What are we looking for?Â
*Bachelor’s degree in related field,Â
*Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)Â
*Minimum 4 years recruitment experience especially in technology departments, Â
*English language skills is a plus,Â
*Experience with ATS System,Â
*Proven performance in IT talent acquisition processes,Â
*Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate to all levels of the organization,Â
*Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.Â
