We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join an amazing group of technologists, industry experts and thought leaders who will bring high quality project delivery expertise and discipline to CBDC team. As Senior Project Manager you will apply best practices, continuously think about how we can improve our technical and engineering project delivery and work closely with our internal technical teams to ensure that we are delivering software to the expected time and quality. You are knowledgeable in mainstream project management approaches with a particular specialisation in Agile delivery. You will have extensive software development project management experience and exhibit a natural passion for getting the most out of the teams you work with. This will complement your strong organisational skills and attention to detail. You will have a strong sense of foresight for potential challenges and risks and devise plans to address and mitigate these, both around the implemented processes and the delivery ‘machinery’. You will have experience working in firms where releases, software development lifecycles and speed-to-market are the back-bone of your work. You will want to delight your colleagues by helping provide them with a high quality project delivery experience. The majority of your project delivery experience will be from working in Agile environments where project managers, product managers, engineers and QA teams work closely together.
