Responsibilities
- Support Game-Changing Projects: Track progress, manage documentation, and create reports for key fiat initiatives alongside our leadership team.
- Bridge Teams: Coordinate with tech, operations, and business teams to keep projects running smoothly.
- Spot Challenges: Identify risks and roadblocks early, ensuring timely solutions and follow-ups.
- Share Insights: Create clear, visually appealing updates, dashboards, and meeting notes to keep everyone in the loop.
Requirements
- A current undergraduate or recent graduate in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
- Passionate about crypto with a solid understanding of the industry (bonus points for being a crypto enthusiast).
- Super organized, detail-oriented, and great at communicating ideas clearly.
- Comfortable using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Notion, or JIRA (or eager to learn!).
- Ability to converse in Chinese is an added advantage, to communicate with overseas client & partners.
