About the Team

Our Trading Product Group leads the design of all the products on OKX's derivatives trading exchange, including spot trading, spot margin, futures, leveraged tokens, trading options etc.
We are seeking a senior trading product manager to join Trading Experience team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the development and delivery of our new product, including defining and executing product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that our product meets the needs of global traders in the opportunity discovery phase

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead the planning and design of crypto asset trading products, including options and structured products.
  • Develop short and medium-term product iteration plans and RoadMaps, taking into account product life cycle, competitive landscape, and available resources.
  • Gather feedback from internal and external sources to refine product plans, utilizing qualitative and quantitative analysis methods.
  • Oversee project progress and liaise with developers, designers, marketing, operations, and other departments.
  • Analyze competing products and industry trends, translating insights into actionable steps for product improvement.
