What you’ll do:

  • Join a nimble, fast-paced team collaborating cross-functionally across the org (eng, design, marketing, compliance, and more) to uplevel the various asset classes that Public offers
  • Develop, iterate upon, and lead the Alts & Crypto pod’s product roadmaps, identifying critical areas to deliver best-in-class experiences to our customers
  • Turn ideas and suggestions from teams across the org and user feedback into actionable insights (and execute upon said insights)
  • Analyze data sets to identify areas of improvement and new opportunities to drive user and business impact
  • Expertly execute A/B tests with the goal of delivering the best customer experience possible
  • Manage projects like a pro: you understand how to drive to outcomes efficiently while managing multiple stakeholders in the process
  • Define specifications in a simple, coherent way that is digestible and understandable to all
  • Understand and navigate building products within a regulated environment

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years experience as a Product Manager with a proven track record of shipping innovative, impactful products from discovery to launch
  • Impeccable attention to detail and leaves no stone unturned
  • Self-starter attitude and ability to work independently and cross-collaboratively across the org
  • Understanding of and experience with agile methodologies and rituals to facilitate full stack pods
  • Experience in crafting product requirements and communicating with engineers, especially in a regulated environment
  • Passionate about user experience and solving problems
  • Strong communicator - you’re able to distill complex technical topics into digestible language and have the ability to influence up, down, and sideways
  • Experience as a direct manager, or the strong desire to become one

Bonus Points:

  • Familiarity with data analytics tools: SQL, Mixpanel, Segment, Looker, etc.
  • Comfortable writing detailed product specs and documentation (e.g. Confluence, Notion, etc.)
  • Familiarity with product tools: Jira, Asana, Pivotal Tracker, Monday, etc.
  • Experience working with a global team
  • Fintech/investment/alts experience

The pay range for this position in NYC is $135,000-$195,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay information is based on market location.
