Your opportunity

Shape the future of personal finance, tax preparation, and accounting for every cryptocurrency user by building products people love.

1-year outcomes

• 15 major product features/improvements/redesigns shipped that significantly improve the user experience and/or top-level metrics by 10%+ each

• Average of five minor product improvements or fixes shipped per 2-week sprint that each successfully addresses the pain points of at least 10 reported users

• Help increase NPS by 20%

• Reduce 30-day churn on subscriptions to <5%

You will

• Invent and ship products that lead crypto to the next level of adoption, working cross-functionally with design, engineering, partnerships, tax, support, and others from conception to launch

• Own and execute the full roadmap for one or more product areas, such as quality, portfolio, tax, mobile, international, and web3

• As the third PM to join, flex into related competencies such as Marketing and User Research as needed

• Represent CoinTracker and your products compellingly and humbly to the company and the broader crypto ecosystem

• Ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, design, partnerships, and other key stakeholders

• Shrewd ability to prioritize

• Experience in an early-stage high growth startup environment

• Work effectively in a remote setting and able to overlap with our core hours of 9AM to 12PM PT

We are a fully internationally distributed, tight-knit team. We have minimal process, and the majority of our time is spent working and collaborating asynchronously through tools like Linear, Notion, Slack, and Zoom. We also stay aligned and bonded through weekly sprints, standups, all hands, and socials. We aim to empower every individual on the team with full transparency, ownership, autonomy, and clear objectives.
