Mission:
We are looking for Crypto/Web3 enthusiasts with Product Management experience to help run an exciting DeFi innovation project for a major global bank.
Our students are working on a Product Development exercise to create a disruptive new financial product. Over the course of 7 weeks, they’ll take an idea from conception to low-fi interactive prototypes.
You’ll partner with an existing Program Manager who runs the logistics and day-to-day of the program. Your role is to be the subject matter expert, acting as a resource to review student projects, give feedback, answer questions, and give suggestions from your own personal experience.
This is a remote, part-time position requiring 10h/week of availability. Most of the 10 hours is flexible async work, with 1-2 hours of live Zooms scheduled.
Outcomes:
- Review and give feedback on the student-facing training content
- Give feedback on students' projects related to Product Management and Web3 (mainly DeFi)
- Answer student questions directly or by providing helpful resources (both live in meetings and asynchronously)
- Help facilitate and engage students over one live Zoom session per week
Requirements:
- Knowledge of DeFi / Crypto / Web3 - existing protocols and products
- Experience using DeFi dapps
- 2+ years of professional experience in product management as a PM, founder, or similar capacity
- Experience with Product Management processes such as user discovery, persona development, hypothesis testing, MVP development, feature speccing, and wireframing
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Desire to support and engage with students
