Responsibilities
- Assist in handling product feature localization matters: Participate in the localization adaptation of product features, including optimizing copy content and optimizing the display logic of copy in different functions.
- Assist in collecting and organizing user feedback: Collect user opinions through official user feedback channels, organize and output valuable information to provide to the product manager as a decision reference.
- Assist in outputting product requirements: Participate in the writing and organization of product requirement documents, follow up on requirements from planning to launch, ensuring timely iteration.
- Support product planning: Assist in analyzing market trends and competitors, participate in brainstorming sessions, provide initial product ideas and improvement suggestions.
- Other tasks: Support cross-departmental coordination, testing new features, and other daily product work.
Requirements:
- Current undergraduate or graduate student, major not limited (preference for computer science, product design, business).
- Understanding of basic product management knowledge, interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
- Proficient in using product tools (such as Figma, Jira, Excel), preference for those with user research or data analysis experience.
- Basic logical thinking and problem-solving abilities, capable of handling multiple tasks.
- Strong sense of responsibility, good team spirit, strong learning ability, able to adapt to the fast-paced environment of the crypto industry.
