This is a high-impact role focused on optimizing the customer journey and driving adoption across our platform. If you thrive in a data-driven, high-velocity environment, this role is for you.

About the team:

The Growth Product team at BitGo is responsible for accelerating user adoption, retention, and revenue growth. We work cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to ensure a seamless customer experience. Our focus is on data-driven experimentation, funnel optimization, and network effects to scale BitGo’s user base globally.

As Group Product Manager, Growth, you will lead a team of PMs, engineers, and designers to execute high-impact initiatives that enhance user engagement, activation, and monetization.

What you’ll do:

  • Own the end-to-end growth funnel, from acquisition and activation to engagement and retention.
  • Design and implement high-velocity A/B tests and experiments to optimize conversion rates and user behavior.
  • Develop onboarding and self-serve experiences that accelerate time-to-value for new users.
  • Grow product adoption across custody, trading, staking, lending, borrowing, minting/redeeming our stablecoin, and across platforms (web, mobile)
  • Work closely with Marketing to align demand generation with product-led growth strategies.
  • Build and refine referral programs, viral loops, and network effects to drive organic adoption.
  • Partner with our Partnerships teams to identify new distribution channels and integrations (e.g. build a marketplace)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of PMs, engineers, and other cross-functional representatives in building growth initiatives across the company
  • Drive acquisition, activation, and retention strategies to grow BitGo’s user base and revenue
  • Optimize the onboarding experience to reduce time-to-value for new users across custody, trading, staking, lending, borrowing, and minting/redeeming our stablecoin (GoUSD)
  • Develop referral programs and network effects to drive organic and viral growth
  • Identify and execute cross-sell and upsell opportunities, increasing multi-product adoption
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Marketing to build frictionless, self-serve experiences
  • Work closely with data teams to analyze user behavior and develop actionable insights
  • Partner with our Partnerships team to expand distribution channels and integrations (e.g. marketplace)

Who you are:

  • 7+ years of product management experience, with a focus on growth, onboarding, or engagement
  • Strong background in crypto, fintech, SaaS, or marketplace businesses
  • Deep expertise in growth loops, A/B testing, funnel optimization, and user analytics
  • Experience with conversion rate optimization, activation metrics, and retention strategies
  • Strong ability to translate data into actionable product decisions
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and working closely with engineering, design, and marketing
  • Strong UX intuition and a passion for building seamless, self-serve product experiences
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment, and make things grow really fast

Why Join BitGo?

Growth doesn’t happen overnight. It’s not luck or magic—it’s the result of relentless focus, iteration, and experimentation. We don’t expect miracles, but we do expect excellence, persistence, and a dedication to progress.

BitGo has a history of firsts—we built the first multi-sig wallet, the first wallet API, and the first Bitcoin bridge. Now, we aim to be the first to scale an institutional crypto platform to the level where secure, seamless digital asset infrastructure is the foundation for the next wave of global finance. Just as roads and railways enabled commerce in the physical world, we’re building the infrastructure for the future of money.

This is an opportunity to define growth strategies in an industry still taking shape. If you thrive in a fast-moving, execution-driven environment and want to work on some of the most complex and high-impact challenges in crypto growth, we’d love to have you on board.

Here are some of the benefits of working at BitGo:

  • Competitive base salary, bonus and stock options
  • 100% company paid health insurance for employee, partner and dependents
  • Up to 5% 401k company match
  • Paid parental leave, paid vacation
  • Free custom lunches, dinners and snacks
  • Computer equipment and workplace furniture to suit your needs
  • Great colleagues and inspiring startup environment
  • Benefits may vary based on location

If you're passionate about scaling secure, compliant, and user-friendly wallet infrastructure, we'd love to talk.

Pay Transparency Notice: Depending upon your leveling and location, the compensation for this role averages between $200,000 - $235,000 USD base salary. Equity, an annual performance bonus and the benefits outlined below are also a part of this role's package.
