What you’ll do:
- Be responsible for developing new products and features within the Bitpanda ecosystem, specifically targeting our Trading Community.
- Lead projects from the strategic business side and be responsible for the full product lifecycle from idea to delivery
- Reevaluate existing products and create new innovative strategies
- Coordinate project work-plans, assuring budgets & deliverables
- Close collaboration with all internal departments and external vendors. Identify and mitigate risks related to product development, regulatory compliance, security, and scalability. Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices
Who you are:
- 5+ years of product management experience within a fintech environment with a proven track record of delivering successful products from concept to launch.
- You enjoy building products that are easy to adopt and use. You think always in the user experience, and you are always looking for ways to improve the usability of your products.
- You are comfortable with ambiguity and will guide product definition, define where we can get more value from the many features that can be built and define the right scope for each initiative.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making. Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau or Qlikview plus knowledge of building and driving adoption of new tools.
- Experience in large-scale, consumer facing web/mobile products and applications would be an advantage -Knowledge of financial services, trading or crypto currencies would be advantageous.
