The individual will work with Zinnia’s Product Organization to ensure alignment with organization’s strategy and vision. WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Lead & Contribute into the execution of product lifecycle processes for our InsurTech products, works with a cross-functional teams to ensure fulfillment of product requirements, evaluates product performance and transition products from development to commercialization. Lead technical discussions with Engineering teams & thoroughly manage technical/business requirements Assists in determining product delivery and deployment dates for new product releases, feature and maintenance releases and regular corrective service or service pack releases. Acts as a technical consultant to the product organization and leads research, and prototyping of innovative technologies and products. Ensures the technology and architectural roadmap of engineering is properly aligned with and supports the product/business road map. Acts as a customer liaison on technical issues related to product integration, custom development and requirements. May lead major releases and ensure feature enhancements respond to customer requests. Responsible for product delivery managing schedules and tasks related to all aspects of product development.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

8-12 years of experience into Product Management, including analyzing software/product design, development, and deployment. Bachelor’s/Master's or equivalent Degree in technology or related field Strong Background of working as a Technical & Functional Product Manager or Business Analyst/Product Analyst in an enterprise environment. Hands-on understanding of API Integration, SQL, Data Analysis etc. Strong understanding of SDLC & technology system interfaces, data integration, networks, and operating systems Performs work with a high degree of latitude; handles the most complex issues. Possesses expert knowledge of subject matter. Provides leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to subordinate group. Ability to foster teamwork, build collaborative relationships, and showcase excellent work ethic  Possess strong Communication skills, Problem-solving & Analytical thinking skills. Can lead individual assignments & deliver with strong expertise Expert level experience in delivery methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and the use of relevant tools Ability to influence, lead, and work as part of a cross-functional, global team Experience in Life & Annuity Industry is preferred, not mandatory
