About the Role
We are seeking a self driven Blockchain Product Manager to spearhead the development of our stablecoin from the ground up. In this role, you will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept and ideation to development, launch, and market adoption. You will be responsible for shaping the core features, ensuring market fit, and driving the successful execution of the stablecoin project. This is a unique opportunity to lead a groundbreaking initiative that will shape the future of decentralized finance and digital currencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and launch a stablecoin product from scratch, defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Lead the development of the stablecoin's core functionalities, working closely with blockchain engineers and researchers.
  • Define product requirements and specifications, ensuring alignment with both business and technical objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, legal, compliance, finance, and marketing) to drive product development and release cycles.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to ensure the stablecoin is differentiated and addresses key market needs.
  • Manage the design, deployment, and testing of smart contracts that govern the stablecoin’s functionality.
  • Establish a clear go-to-market strategy, including partnerships, user acquisition, and community engagement.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance by working with legal teams to navigate the evolving landscape of stablecoins.
  • Measure and analyze product performance post-launch, iterating based on feedback and data-driven insights.
  • Own the entire product development process, from ideation to MVP, to full-scale deployment.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably building a product from the ground up in fintech, blockchain, or a related industry.
  • Deep understanding of blockchain, decentralized finance (DeFi), and stablecoin mechanics.
  • Experience with product development, particularly in early-stage startups or high-growth environments.
  • Strong technical knowledge to work closely with engineers and guide blockchain product development.
  • Familiarity with the smart contract development process and decentralized technologies.
  • Ability to define and prioritize product features while balancing technical, regulatory, and business needs.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Data-driven mindset, with strong analytical skills to make informed product decisions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience launching a stablecoin, cryptocurrency, or blockchain-based product from scratch.
  • Knowledge of stablecoin mechanisms (collateralized, algorithmic, or hybrid).
  • Experience with agile product development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Layer 2 solutions and cross-chain technologies.
