Our client is looking for an Implementations Project Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful implementation and launch of dApps and projects onto their Layer 1 Blockchain. They will collaborate closely with internal and external partners to ensure on-time launches and seamless integrations, and support projects by responding to technical issues and developing strategies to improve communication and engagement. This is a remote full-time contract position operating on EST time zone working hours.
What You Will Do.
- Project Integration Management: Lead the implementation and launch of new projects and partners onto the Blockchain. Plan and oversee software and product development from launch to completion with a focus on timely delivery and high quality. Provide guidance and support throughout the integration process, troubleshooting and escalating issues as needed. Communicate project status to internal and external stakeholders, managing expectations and aligning teams on project goals. Maintain a focus on project stability and success during the initial 90 day post-launch period. Facilitate partner meetings with technical and business stakeholders. Maintain partner documentation and establish process frameworks and best practices for organization-wide adoption.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support by responding to technical issues generated by new and existing projects within the Kava Chain ecosystem. Offer effective solutions to ensure the technical integrity and functionality of projects.
- Cross-functional Communication: Liaise between internal and external partners (Product, Marketing, DevRel, and Engineering within both Kava Labs and Kava Origin) to ensure the successful and on-time launch of projects. Partner with Business Development to ensure a smooth hand-off post-deal completion.
Who You Are.
- 3+ years project management experience
- 2+ Years experience project managing technical integrations
- Strong Crypto, Defi, Web3 knowledge
- Strong communication skills
