Now Hiring: Blockchain Analysis Client Relationship Manager (Remote)

Silver Miller is seeking a highly motivated Blockchain Analysis Client Relationship Manager to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position ideal for someone with 1–3 years of experience in blockchain analysis who is passionate about working directly with clients and translating complex transactional data into actionable insights.

Compensation & Benefits:

This is a full-time remote position with a salary range of $75,000–$90,000, depending on experience. After a six-month probationary period, the position also includes a health insurance contribution, 401(k) match, PTO, and discretionary bonuses.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through the intake and information-gathering process
• Analyze blockchain transactions and identify relevant data tied to client matters
• Collaborate with third-party analytics providers such as Chainalysis, TRM Labs, and Lukka
• Organize and synthesize transactional data for use in investigations and case development
• Work closely with attorneys and internal teams to support case strategy

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of experience in blockchain analysis or a related field
• Relevant certifications in blockchain analytics or cryptocurrency investigations preferred
• Familiarity with tools such as Chainalysis, TRM, Lukka, or similar platforms
• Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with clients
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage and interpret complex data sets
