Who we are looking for
If you’re a Manual QA Engineer (Middle – Middle+) with a passion for improving and ensuring the quality of cutting-edge DeFi products, Web3 project offers an exciting opportunity to apply your testing expertise, critical thinking, and analytical mindset to bring our product to the next level.
Our team is building products using an avant-garde technological stack and micro-service architecture. By joining our team, you’ll collaborate with other talented engineers, sharpen your QA skills, and contribute to the delivery of reliable Web3 solutions.
You will
Perform functional and non-functional testing of a Web3 application and API platform (mostly manual testing, with optional automation exposure).
Create and execute test cases, checklists, and exploratory testing scenarios.
Document and report defects clearly, track their lifecycle, and ensure timely resolution.
Validate APIs (Postman or similar tools) and perform basic database checks when needed.
Contribute to test planning, strategy, and coverage across multiple projects.
Support release cycles, regression testing, and quality reporting for stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and business teams to improve QA processes.
You have
Solid Manual QA experience including functional, regression, exploratory, and integration testing.
Experience in test design techniques (equivalence partitioning, boundary values, exploratory testing).
Hands-on skills with tools like Swagger, Postman, TestRail/Allure TestOps, JIRA, Confluence.
Basic knowledge of APIs, databases (SQL), and CI/CD workflows.
Strong bug reporting and communication skills with attention to detail.
Effective prioritization and multitasking abilities to provide QA support across multiple projects.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies.
Blockchain/Web3 knowledge (staking, wallets, transactions) would be a plus, but not mandatory.
(Optional, nice-to-have) Some exposure to automation (TypeScript/JavaScript, Playwright, Jest, Cypress).
