So if you’re someone who thinks big, moves fast and wants to make an impact right from day one, then get ready to join our industry-changing team.

Location: We prioritise candidates who are based in Dubai then consider those working remotely in one of our European Hub Locations (UK, Spain or Germany).

The Head of Quality Assurance Engineers leads how we ensure product quality company-wide. You set the testing strategy, standards, and processes that help us reduce risk and ship reliable products. You make sure that our products pass external certifications and develop plans to address audit notes. You build and grow the team, choose the right tools and automation frameworks, and make sure testing is integrated into our delivery pipelines. You work closely with engineering, product, and leadership to align quality goals with business goals and release plans. You provide clear quality reports that show where we are strong and where we need to improve. Because we build decentralised applications and blockchain-integrated systems you also oversee testing approaches specific to smart contracts, wallets, and cross-chain components. You coordinate the right mix of functional, security, and release testing. Your success is visible in fewer production issues, faster and safer releases, and a culture of proactive quality.

    • Define company-wide quality strategy, standards, and ways of working.
    • Drive alignment between quality goals, business objectives, and release milestones by establishing clear release policies and quality gates.
    • As budget owner, you design and build the QA organization by defining career pathways, coaching and mentoring quality engineers, fostering knowledge sharing, and introducing new technologies and state-of-the-art processes.
    • Adopt an automation-first testing approach across web, mobile, API, and backend services to identify issues early and consistently throughout the release cycle.
    • Ensure centralized test and test suite management within a test management tool to achieve full visibility of manual and automated testing activities.

Requirements

    • 8–12+ years in software testing, including 3+ years leading multi-disciplinary quality teams.
    • Proven track record defining org-level quality strategies and processes.
    • Strong experience with test automation frameworks and programming (e.g., JS/TS/Java/Kotlin/Swift).
    • Expertise building and operating CI/CD-integrated test systems and pipelines.

Nice to Have

    • Experience defining security testing programs (audits, fuzzing, bug bounties, formal verification).
    • Public speaking or internal enablement (meetups, trainings) to raise the quality bar.
    • Contribution to open-source test frameworks or internal reusable libraries.
    • Web3 quality expertise (smart contracts, wallets, cross-chain) or equivalent complex distributed systems exposure.
We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans.
