Overview We are seeking a mid-level Monitoring & Testing Analyst to support and execute our global monitoring and testing program. This role will be responsible for independently performing monitoring and testing activities across multiple entities and jurisdictions, helping to ensure regulatory, policy, and control requirements are operating effectively. The role is suited to someone with hands-on experience in compliance, risk, or audit who is ready to take ownership of testing activities and contribute to the continuous improvement of monitoring and testing processes. Key Responsibilities

Execute monitoring and testing activities in accordance with approved methodologies and plans Perform control testing to assess both design and operating effectiveness Document testing procedures, results, and supporting evidence in a clear, consistent, and audit-ready manner Identify control gaps, deficiencies, and emerging risks, and escalate findings appropriately Support issue management activities, including remediation tracking and validation of closure evidence Engage with issue owners to obtain clarification, evidence, and remediation updates Maintain accurate monitoring and testing trackers and documentation Contribute to the enhancement of monitoring and testing frameworks, templates, and processes Support internal audits, regulatory exams, and management reporting as required Collaborate with global stakeholders across entities and time zones

Required Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, internal audit, or monitoring and testing Solid understanding of control testing concepts, including design vs. operating effectiveness Experience working in a regulated financial services, fintech, payments, or crypto environment Strong analytical and documentation skills with high attention to detail Ability to manage multiple testing activities and deadlines independently Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience operating in a global or multi-entity environment Familiarity with issue management, remediation action plans (MAPs), and validation processes Exposure to regulatory exams or internal audits Experience using GRC tools or structured issue trackers Relevant certifications (or progress toward them), such as CAMS, CIA, or CISA

Monitoring and testing activities are executed on time and in line with methodology Findings and validations are well-supported, clearly articulated, and defensible Stakeholders have confidence in testing outcomes and remediation conclusions Documentation consistently meets audit and regulatory expectations
