Candidate requirements

- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications, including frontend (React) and backend (Node.js or equivalent).
- Collaborate closely with the product, design, and backend teams to ensure seamless integration of frontend and backend systems.
- Optimize application performance and scalability for high-demand DeFi use cases.
- Participate in the design and architecture of smart contracts to ensure smooth integration with blockchain technology.
- Conduct code reviews and testing to maintain high code quality and security standards.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in blockchain, DeFi, and fullstack development.
- Act as an outsourced accounting and operations officer for our DAO clients
- Provide outsourced accounting work
- Assist with Grant Management
- Complete KYC and Due Diligence on grant proposals
- Produce and track fee proposals for client service enquiries
- Take ownership for client onboarding, ensuring all due diligence and KYC procedures are adhered to at the highest standard of compliance
- Produce monthly reports, articles and presentations as required
- Maintain excellent working relationships with all service providers within the financial services industry
