Job Brief

Supports the testing of Gluwa React Native mobile application, and associated systems

Requirements

  • Proficiency in software engineering tools (Xcode, Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, React Native, NPM)

  • Experience with mobile software testing tools (Selenium, Xamarin.UITest, Postman, TestRail, JIRA)

  • Ability to document requirements and specifications

  • Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills

Job Duties

Gluwa Specific Duties

  • Test new features according to the vision of Gluwa.

  • Test and identify bugs from the codebase.

  • Determine operational feasibility by evaluating and analyzing, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.

General Duties

  • The Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst is responsible for supporting the planning, design, and execution of system testing on simple to complex implementations.

  • Works collaboratively within the engineering department and business units to execute and validate test cases based upon system requirements.

  • Design test plans, test cases, test scripts and test reports on multiple projects of varying size.

  • Execute testing on various software and reporting systems.

  • Track bugs/issues and verify their fixes in our ticketing system.

  • Validate that user expectations are achieved during the testing process.

  • Review user requirements documents to ensure that requirements are testable.

  • Collaborate with other members of the engineering team to solve problems in apps and systems.

  • Other tasks and duties assigned to the employee by Company, which may be outside the scope of the Position.
