Key Responsibilities 
*Execute an end-to-end recruitment cycle to ensure a consistent flow of the right candidates for the IT and none IT positions, 
*Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from application stage to offer, 
*Build strong talent pipelines and engage with talent throughout the entire recruitment process, 
*Consult with hiring managers to deliver innovative and efficient solutions for hiring needs, 
*Provide guidance and serve as a talent advisor to share market intelligence for hiring managers, 
*Provide standart and ad-hoc reports to management team, 
*Develop standards for talent and career management processes (talent identification, talent reviews, succession planning, career roadmaps, rotation programs) and takes role in full execution at a global scale. 
 
 
What are we looking for? 
*Bachelor’s degree in related field, 
*Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter) 
*Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, either in IT or non-IT roles,
*English language skills is a plus, 
*Experience with ATS System, 
*Proven performance in IT talent acquisition processes, 
*Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate to all levels of the organization, 
*Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
