You may be a fit for this role if you have:
- 5-7+ years of progressive experience in People Operations with a dedicated focus on benefits and leave management, preferably within the financial services sector or a similar global, fast-paced environment.
- Direct experience with Workday or Dayforce HRIS for benefits and leave administration.
- Demonstrated experience supporting end-to-end global leave management, including understanding and applying complex multi-jurisdictional regulations.
- Proven experience in global benefits administration, including vendor management, renewals, plan design, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Strong understanding of relevant federal, state, and international employment laws pertaining to leave (e.g., FMLA, ADA, PFL) and benefits (e.g., ERISA, ACA, GDPR).
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy, crucial for managing intricate benefits and leave data.
- Ability to work independently, define priorities, and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
