Overview:
We are a Hong Kong–headquartered, regulated crypto exchange undergoing rapid growth and international expansion. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle — partnering with hiring managers to source, attract, and close top talent while driving a fast, efficient, and data-driven hiring process that supports our global scaling efforts.
Experience hiring talent within crypto payments, stablecoin, or web3 domains will be a strong plus, as we continue expanding across these fast-evolving areas.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in recruitment, either in an agency or in-house environment.
- Agency: Strong billings or other measurable achievements.
- In-house: Consistent closures of key roles with demonstrated metrics.
- Strong skills in requirement gathering and role understanding.
- High-speed execution, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent prioritization skills, focusing on what matters most.
- Self-starter mentality with strong ownership and initiative.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms, and a keen eye for identifying top talent.
- Bilingual in both English and Mandrin would be big plus.
