The Role

Cryptio is scaling and is hiring a Technical Talent Partner to work alongside the Senior Talent Partner to support the growth of our engineering teams. The focus of this role is on building strong pipelines and delivering hires, with a particular emphasis on finding top-tier Rust and TypeScript engineers.

This role is delivery-focused, supporting engineering hiring within a well-defined recruitment process led by the Senior Talent Partner.

What you’ll do

  • Support engineering hiring by building and maintaining high-quality pipelines

  • Source and engage Rust and TypeScript engineers using LinkedIn Recruiter and targeted outbound strategies

  • Run structured technical screening interviews and manage candidate progression

  • Work closely with the Senior Talent Partner and engineering leaders on hiring priorities

  • Keep hiring teams and candidates updated via Slack and email, with high responsiveness

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date data in the ATS

  • Use AI note-taking tools to support structured interviews and consistent feedback

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience hiring engineering roles in a startup or scale-up environment

  • Strong track record in pipeline building and delivery

  • Experience hiring engineers working with Rust or Go and TypeScript

  • Experience recruiting for UK-based startups

  • Comfortable working self-sufficiently within a defined scope

  • Strong experience using ATS platforms

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and AI note-taking tools

  • Clear written communication, strong Slack presence, and high responsiveness

Contract details

  • 3–6 month freelance contract

  • Fully remote (UK only)
