All of our growth has been organic, and weâre growing the team to meet the demand. đ Who We're Looking For We are looking for a Contract Junior Recruiter / Sourcer that will help with candidate sourcing and associate-level hiring. In this role, you will help source ideal candidate profiles using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search strings. đ Responsibilities
Source and identify potential candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and other sourcing channels Conduct initial phone screens and candidate assessments to evaluate fit Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles Maintain accurate records in Greenhouse, our applicant tracking system (ATS) Develop and nurture relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders
đ Qualifications & Fit
0-2 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques preferred Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Enthusiastic about learning and growing within the talent acquisition field
