We're looking for a People Operations Analyst to join our team on a temp-to-permanent basis.  Things You Get To Do: In this dynamic role, you'll be instrumental in various People functions, including:

Offer Letter Preparation & Administration: You'll be responsible for meticulously preparing and filing offer letters, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our new hires. Support clean approvals for the hires Employee File Management: You'll maintain accurate and comprehensive employee files, ensuring compliance and easy access to essential information. Managing Employee Changes: You'll play a crucial role in processing and communicating various employee changes, ensuring accuracy and clear dissemination of information. Reporting & Analytics: A key part of this role involves running and preparing comprehensive people reports. Your analytical reporting skills will be essential in providing valuable insights to the team. New Hire Administration: You'll manage the administrative tasks associated with new hires, helping them seamlessly onboard into our organization. Including hosting new hire orientations and meeting the founder. Recruiting Support: This includes posting jobs and providing critical recruiting reporting updates, helping us attract top talent.

Exceptional Organization: You're a master of detail, able to juggle multiple tasks and maintain impeccable records.
