About the job
We are looking for a Senior Executive Recruiter to drive our global executive hiring strategy and help us attract top leadership talent. This is a highly strategic and hands-on role, ideal for a senior recruiter with strong business acumen, exceptional sourcing skills, and experience building relationships with C-level and senior leaders in fast-paced, tech-driven environments.
You’ll work directly with executives and hiring managers across functions to define hiring needs, map markets, and lead complex searches end-to-end, ensuring an excellent candidate experience and strong alignment with our company values and growth plans.
Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor to executives and senior leaders on all matters related to talent strategy and executive hiring.
Lead full-cycle recruitment for global leadership and highly specialized technical roles, from search design to offer negotiation.
Partner closely with leadership to anticipate future hiring needs and proactively build talent pipelines.
Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and research to support executive hiring strategy.
Manage candidate relationships with confidentiality, professionalism, and a deep understanding of the business landscapes.
Track and report recruiting metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve processes and outcomes.
8+ years of recruitment experience, including at least 4 years focused on executive search or senior-level hiring.
Proven success in recruiting for leadership roles within technology, AI, or data-driven organizations.Proven experience hiring for financial institutions, asset management, and venture capital is a must.
Deep understanding of executive search methodologies, market mapping, and passive candidate engagement.
Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.
Strong business judgment, discretion, and a strategic mindset.
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in an in-house executive recruiting or search firm environment.
Knowledge of AI, software engineering, or product leadership talent markets.
Experience recruiting in Europe, Latin America, and Asia.
