We are searching for a contract Recruiter to join our team at Figment to manage the full recruitment life cycle. This is a 6-month contract with potential for extension or conversion. You will work closely with hiring teams and managers across multiple departments including GTM, Engineering and Product. If you’re efficient, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple searches we would love to connect.
Responsibilities/Duties
- Partner with hiring managers across multiple departments (primarily GTM, Engineering & Product) to set a road map and hiring plan for your active positions
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies and proactively build a robust pipeline of diverse talent
- Create and update job descriptions as needed and maintain a clean ATS
- Work with our Recruiting Coordinator to maintain strong communication regarding scheduling and moving candidates through the hiring process
- Engage in communication with our global teams through platforms such as Slack, Google Meet, Greenhouse, and email
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience working in a start-up environment hiring for, but not limited to, GTM, Engineering & Product
- Proven success hiring in a fast-paced environment, with at least 1 year of in-house experience
- Experience sourcing passive talent and managing a direct recruitment process is a must.
- Prior experience working in, or a personal passion for, Blockchain/Crypto is required
- Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS is preferred
- A background using behavioral interviewing techniques to provide a best-in-class, high-touch candidate experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills
- Able to prioritize work, pivot as necessary, and meet deadlines
- Have the freedom within the framework to get creative in finding top talent
- Be an amazing storyteller and an all-around good person

Compensation: The CAD compensation range for this contract position is CAD $35.00 - $50.00 / hour. The US compensation range for this contract position is USD $35.00 - $50.00 / hour.
