We started by building the first layers of people and cultural topics. Now that we’ve got that covered, we are moving to the next phase that focuses on building a strong talent acquisition function within Nuri: recruitment, employer branding, workforce planning but also educating and training our hiring managers. Your mission

You own the end-to-end recruiting cycle with the main focus on Tech&Engineering roles by enabling the following:

Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs; Draft job descriptions; Actively sourcing and selection; Management of various recruiting channels; Conduct interviews and assess candidates; Make offers and handle negotiation conversations

You are in close contact with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure an outstanding candidate experience

You train and develop your team members to excel in Tech recruitment, and you also educate and train our chapters to deliver an excellent candidate journey experience

You act out your creativity and ideas while contributing to and taking ownership for the projects within the Talent Management field (e.g. Employer branding, DEI retention, culture, talent management)

You take part in (remote) recruiting events and/or meet-ups to build a strong network and to stay up-to-date with the latest trends within Talent Acquisition Management

Your profile

Your experience is more important than a degree - you bring at least 3 years of (tech) recruiting experience Since you will be interacting with engineering talents, you are either genuinely interested in technology or have a solid technical understanding screening candidates for our roles within Tech&Engineering You have a hands-on mentality: people know you as a proactive problem-solver, who is not afraid to take ownership and accountability As you love to connect to people and understand that diversity will drive innovation, you convince us with your empathic and inclusive mindset You are able to deal with ambiguity and are flexible in this fast-paced fintech environment You are a communicator by heart, both written and verbal with fluency in English, whereas German is optional Of course, it helps if you're interested in crypto and blockchain, but we also offer trainings on blockchain and crypto for non-crypto
