Nexis Network, a leading layer 1 blockchain startup, is seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive strategic partnerships and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience in the blockchain space and a proven track record of building successful business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Nexis Network's partnership strategy to support our business objectives and drive ecosystem growth.
- Identify, scope, and negotiate strategic partnership opportunities that align with our technology roadmap and market positioning.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of potential partners, including blockchain protocols, DeFi platforms, enterprise clients, and technology providers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure successful partnership execution and integration.
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for key partners, fostering long-term, mutually beneficial collaborations.
- Develop a deep understanding of Nexis Network's layer 1 blockchain protocol and effectively communicate our value proposition to partners and stakeholders3.
- Contribute to short and long-term business development plans and strategic initiatives to drive ecosystem adoption and network growth.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of business development experience in the blockchain industry, with a strong network of industry contacts.
