Drive Revenue Generation:
- Have an in-depth and detailed understanding of R3’s products and services to confidently provide mentorship for your Enterprise Sales team.

- Develop strategies to leverage ecosystems of Commercial Banks, Large Corporates and FMIs.
Support Regional Collaboration:
- Provide leadership and executive presence for the Middle East team.
- Drive collaboration between various local and global functions.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience leading a sales team directly.
- 6+ years of experience of quota-carrying experience in a competitive market with a focus on new business.
- 4+ years of experience in direct sales to Central Banking customers with awareness of unique customer needs and associated sales cycle.
- Understanding of payments systems, CBDC, and ability to build deep trust with business and technical stakeholders.
- Experience recruiting and managing a successful and talented direct software sales team while driving them toward success.
- Demonstrated ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology.
- Experience developing and implementing sales playbooks.
- Ability to thrive in a high-growth software company.
- A track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets.
- Disciplined approach to qualifying opportunities.
- Based in UAE with ability to manage global team and travel up to 50% time.
