The Role

Duration: Full-time; Location: REMOTE; Preferred Living Locations or Time zones: EMEA or East Coast US

This Business Development Manager, focusing on Wallets & Custodians, will be reporting to our Head of Business Development.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Educate & Enable Wallet & Custodian Partners
  • Act as a trusted advisor to wallets and custodians, helping them understand and integrate Reown's WalletKit SDK.
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition of WalletKit, demonstrating how it enhances security, interoperability, and user experience.
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and technical deep dives to support partners in adopting Reown's solutions
  • Drive Strategic Wallet & Custodian Partnerships
  • Identify, engage, and develop high-impact partnerships with leading wallet providers, custodians, and digital asset security firms.
  • Build strong relationships with C-level executives, product teams, and developers within these organizations
  • Own the partner lifecycle, from initial outreach to long-term collaboration, ensuring continuous engagement and value realization
  • Advocate for Wallet & Custodian Needs
  • Gather insights from partners to provide valuable product feedback, influencing Reown's roadmap
  • Serve as the voice of wallets and custodians internally, ensuring our products evolve to meet real-world demands
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in wallet security, decentralized identity, and institutional custody solutions.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally
  • Work closely with solution engineers and product teams to tailor technical solutions for partners
  • Partner with marketing and developer relations to create educational content, case studies, and campaigns targeting wallet and custodian adoption
  • Collaborate with sales and customer success to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term partner satisfaction
  • Lead Industry Thought Leadership & Web3 Advocacy
  • Represent Reown at Web3 conferences, industry events, and partner meetings as an expert on wallets and custodians.
  • Advocate for best practices in authentication, compliance, and UX in the wallet and custodian ecosystem
  • Stay informed on emerging wallet and custody standards to drive strategic conversations with partners


Requirements

What We're Looking For (Must Haves):

  • Deep understanding of the Web3 wallet and custodian landscape, including self-custody, MPC, and institutional-grade custody solutions
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic sales in Web3, fintech, or digital assets.
  • Strong ability to educate and enable partners on technical products, preferably SDKs, APIs, or authentication solutions
  • Proven track record of driving strategic partnerships with wallets, custodians, or digital asset platforms
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, global, and cross-functional environments.
  • (Bonus) Familiarity with decentralized identity (DID), wallet authentication standards, or compliance frameworks.
  • (Bonus) Ability to write and speak Mandarin
