Remote

New York preferred | Remote Talent Wanted. For hazardous journey. Small wages, bitter cold, long months of complete darkness, constant danger, safe return doubtful. Honour and recognition in case of success. Fridtjof Nansen crossed the Arctic, going places no human had ever been. Together with our users, we’re doing the same onchain: charting entirely new territory. Nansen is a special company. We're building the single best product for onchain investing, allowing A New Way To Trade that’s agentic, onchain, and fully integrated. If you’re looking for an adventure, you’ve come to the right place. Our mission: Surface the signal and create winners What you'll do at Nansen You own the full sales cycle in the staking vertical. Foundations, ecosystem teams, institutional holders — these are your prospects. From first outreach to signed contract, from renewal to expansion, this is your book.

Own the complete sales cycle: prospect, qualify, close, renew, and expand partnerships with blockchain foundations and ecosystem teams Manage the end-to-end launch of new validator ecosystems: initial scoping, commercial negotiation, delegation activation, and go-to-market execution Identify and engage institutional holders and ecosystem leads who need staking infrastructure and validator partnerships Track new chain launches, protocol developments, and market shifts to find opportunities before they're obvious Partner with product, marketing, and customer success to close complex deals and retain accounts

What we're looking for

3–5 years in sales or business development, with a track record that shows up in numbers: quota attainment, deal size, account growth Deep knowledge of the crypto ecosystem: who the key players are, how capital moves, which protocols matter. You know who actually moves volume 1+ year of staking-specific BD or sales experience. Validators, liquid staking protocols, institutional staking infrastructure — you understand how this market works Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success to navigate complex deals You use AI to move faster: prospecting research, call prep, deal intelligence. Show us what that looks like in practice Candidates must already have the legal right to work in the US at the time of application

Nice-to-have:

Based in New York, with the ability to travel for partner meetings and events An existing network across validator operators, L1/L2 foundations, or institutional staking teams

What we offer our crew

Competitive salary. Meaningful equity. Real ownership in what you build Fully remote with two no-meeting days a week — because deep work doesn't happen in a Google Meet Annual company retreat and team off-sites in one of our offices: Singapore, Bangkok, London, and Oslo — flights and accommodation covered Unlimited AI tokens — Claude, OpenAI, whatever helps you move fast Your own OpenClaw for work Nansen Pro account — full access to the most detailed onchain data in the market A team of 80+ builders that started as data engineers and scientists. The people who built the product you're selling are your colleagues — they can answer every question a prospect throws at you Speed, ownership, curiosity, courage. These are how we run A front-row seat (and a hand in building) the next chapter of finance

Work visa sponsorship is not provided for this role. We charted the territory. Your job is to own the staking market.
