You’ll be an early member of a lean, high-impact team, owning the end-to-end business development cycle and helping expand partnerships across protocols, applications, and foundations in the Web3 space. Interested candidates must have DeFi BD experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Engaging in community and partner channels to drive lead generation

  • Identify, reach out to, and onboard new customers (DeFi protocols, foundations, DAOs, asset issuers, etc.)

  • Collaborate with broader teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process

  • Represent the protocol at leading industry events, conferences, and virtual networking sessions

  • Track DeFi ecosystem trends and provide insight into market dynamics, competitive positioning, and emerging opportunities

  • Contribute to brand and communication strategy, ensuring a consistent tone and message across all touchpoints

What We’re Looking For

  • A minimum of 3 years business development and relationship-building experience in the Web3, DeFi, or broader crypto space

  • Must have Ethereum ecosystem experience and proven success

  • Strong understanding of DeFi protocols and ecosystem dynamics

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for a variety of audiences

  • Self-starter who is naturally curious and collaborative
