You’ll be an early member of a lean, high-impact team, owning the end-to-end business development cycle and helping expand partnerships across protocols, applications, and foundations in the Web3 space. Interested candidates must have DeFi BD experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
Engaging in community and partner channels to drive lead generation
Identify, reach out to, and onboard new customers (DeFi protocols, foundations, DAOs, asset issuers, etc.)
Collaborate with broader teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process
Represent the protocol at leading industry events, conferences, and virtual networking sessions
Track DeFi ecosystem trends and provide insight into market dynamics, competitive positioning, and emerging opportunities
Contribute to brand and communication strategy, ensuring a consistent tone and message across all touchpoints
What We’re Looking For
A minimum of 3 years business development and relationship-building experience in the Web3, DeFi, or broader crypto space
Must have Ethereum ecosystem experience and proven success
Strong understanding of DeFi protocols and ecosystem dynamics
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for a variety of audiences
Self-starter who is naturally curious and collaborative
