THE OPPORTUNITY

Requirements

NOTE: Our client is looking to hire specifically in the USA and near shore to the USA. Talent from the following countries are encouraged to apply: USA, Mexico, Argentina, Uruguay, Dominican Republic, Brazil, Chile, Ecuador, Panama

• Must be able to work the full day in US time zone
• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Demonstrates solid understanding and application of Agile Ceremonies, tools, techniques and methodologies (specifically Scrum)
• Servant Leadership
• Understanding and experience using Scrum metrics.
• Help organization coaching on Agile best practices.
• Excellent influencing and negotiating skills
• Excellent organizational, planning, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Azure DevOps tool experience is a great nice to have
  
  

What you’ll be working on

You'll be working with a large group of Nestle's cross functional teams by guiding and leading them to become an agile organization.

You'll implement and guide teams through the Azure devOps tool and will be the right hand side of the workstream product owner.

By being very detail oriented, you'll have a very hands on role and completing 2 week work sprints at a time.
