Responsibilities

• Work with engineering teams in the process of adopting Agile including QA, DevOps, Frontend, Backend, Design and Protocol.
• Take over and manage existing scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Stand Ups and Backlog Grooming.
• Implement Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives
• Provide a path for resolving impediments and help keep the team focused as well as define and achieve Sprint goals.
• Remove impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments through coordination and creative thinking
• Determine and communicate potential risks of meeting sprint goals
• Assist with overall internal communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
• Contribute to the advancement and improvement of Agile practices within the organization
• Coordinate release and product launch processes with Product Management, Marketing and other teams
  
  

• The ability to make potentially mundane tasks feel fun
• Strong knowledge in Agile methodology and has the ability to educate others on the value of adopting Agile processes.
• Experience as a full time employee at a product-based software company (as compared to agency / consultancy), preferably a startup.
• 4+ years of relevant work experience
• Experience in playing the Scrum Master role for at least two years for a software development team
• Excellent documentation, communication, facilitation and coaching skills
• Data analytics and visualization skills
• Scrum Master Certification
• Experience working during an organization Agile transformation
• Knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrency
