Your mission

Bitpandas Hyperautomation team is leading the transformation of business processes by building highly available and scalable automation solutions using various technologies like RPAs, Testautomation, BPMS and ML. As a Hyperautomation Operations Specialist, you will take a key role in scaling Bitpanda and have the opportunity to operate and support solutions for all areas within Bitpanda and get the chance to work with experienced engineers across our enterprise. This role offers a chance to move across varying automation technologies & roles in the future.

What you’ll do

• Management and coordination of Bots and Workflows including provisioning of Machines, roles & access administration and license utilisation
• Create & maintain scripts needed for Process Monitoring, Log Dashboards, Run-time resources & License optimization
• Setup and configuration of automations and related integrations
• Act as the first point of contact in case of support needs from the business users
• Patching & Updates on the existing IT infrastructure including the monitoring and alerting workflow end-to-end

Who you are

• At least 1+ years of experience in operations and support solutions, like UiPath RPA and/or BPMS and/or ML
• Ability to work with deadlines and in a fast-paced environment
• Strong passion for Bitpanda’s mission and high drive for actively shaping the financial services and crypto industry
• Ideally, experience in scripting (Phyton, C#, etc.), databases (MySql, Oracle, etc.), and Cloud environment
