In web3, the web-app is what sets crypto experiences apart. It has to be correct, precise, and feel slick just to be table stakes.

We’re currently looking to hire a Full Stack Engineer who is comfortable going from zero-to-one and rapidly iterating on hackathon->

What you’ll do:

  • Code up polished user experiences and applications and hack on interesting projects with the Magna team.
  • Build modularity into the code that you write, where appropriate, to increase our team’s velocity and make our code infrastructure more scalable.
  • Write tests to make sure that things work when we ship them. If our users can’t use the app, they can’t get paid!

What we’re looking for:

  • 2+ experience with React or a similar framework (e.g. Vue)
  • Working backend knowledge, and ability to ship things end-to-end.
  • You’re comfortable working in sprint cycles, but also sometimes going off schedule when things come up unexpectedly.
  • Experience with TypeScript or modern Javascript.
  • Bonus: experience with any smart contract development (on any chain).

What we offer:

  • Competitive salary and equity, with opportunities for raises and performance-based milestones as we grow.
  • Full health, dental, and vision benefits.
  • Unlimited time off (and we encourage you to take time off!)
  • All the gear you need to be productive.
