For the past three years, Ackee Blockchain Security has been committed to making Web3 safer.

We’ve audited top players such as Lido, Safe and Axelar. We develop open-source security and developer tooling Wake for Ethereum and Trident for Solana, supported by grants from Coinbase and the Solana Foundation. Our team teaches about blockchain security at the Czech Technical University, led by our co-founder and CEO, Josef Gattermayer, Ph.D. As the official educational partners of the Solana Foundation, we run the School of Solana and the Solana Auditors Bootcamp. 

Now, we’re ready to take our marketing to the next level—and that’s where you come in as our Marketing Lead. You’ll build your team, shape the ecosystem by being a key opinion leader and drive meaningful impact with our mission.

About the Role

As the hands-on Marketing Lead at Ackee Blockchain Security, you’ll own our marketing strategy and execution, positioning us as a trusted partner in the crypto space. Your efforts will amplify our presence, connect us with the right audiences, and reflect our ethos: professional, tech-savvy, and no fluff.

What You’ll Do

• Set the Strategy: Develop and execute a marketing strategy that aligns with Ackee’s mission and business objectives.

• Analyze and Iterate: Track off-chain metrics to evaluate campaign success, iterate on strategies, and deliver measurable impact.

• Amplify Our Presence: Expand Ackee’s reach across platforms like Twitter, Farcaster, and GitHub through targeted campaigns, product launches, and engaging threads.

• Create Content: Plan and produce high-quality, Web3-native content that speaks to devs, DAOs, protocols, and the wider blockchain community.

• Share Our Knowledge: Showcase initiatives like the School of Solana and Solana Auditors Bootcamp, highlighting our commitment to devs education.

• Define the Brand: Set the Ackee visual and work with our design team to deliver the coolest swag, audit reports, and digital products.

• Make Ackee Frens: Collaborate closely with our clients on amplifying the Ackee message and stay in touch with KOLs, journalists, and our community.

• Throw Events: DevCon, EthPrague, EthDenver, EthDubai, Solana Breakpoint - we speak, have a booth, or organize a side event? Manage and support the team's IRL footprint.

• Web3 Native: A strong understanding of the blockchain space and experience using platforms such as Twitter (X), GitHub, and Farcaster.

• Proven Expertise: 2+ years leading marketing efforts in Web3, with a strong understanding of community dynamics and the crypto audience.

• Analytical Mindset: A data-driven approach to decision-making, measuring success, and iterating strategies.

• Content Creation: A knack for crafting engaging and shareable content that simplifies complex blockchain concepts for devs and non-techies. 

• Ecosystem Connector: A talent for spotting collaboration opportunities within the Web3 landscape and forming meaningful partnerships.
