KAST is looking for a General Manager to lead our US operations, based out of our new hub in New York. This is a critical leadership role responsible for significantly scaling the existing US business, successfully launching a new, strategic KAST Business offering, and building a high-performing team from the ground up. This role is ideal for a proven leader with a strong entrepreneurial spirit who thrives in a high-growth environment.

• Define and execute the US market strategy to achieve aggressive growth targets for the existing KAST business.
• Manage P&L for the US operation, driving revenue growth, operational efficiency, and profitability.
• Lead the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution for the launch of a new KAST Business offering in the US market.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Legal teams to ensure a successful market-ready launch.
• Establish early adoption and traction for the new offering, iterating based on market feedback.
• Build and scale a high-calibre, multi-functional US team, including hiring for key leadership and operational roles.
• Cultivate a strong, mission-driven culture that aligns with KAST’s global values.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and high performance.
• Serve as the primary leader and representative for KAST in the US market, engaging with key stakeholders, partners, and regulators.

• 10+ years of progressive leadership and general management experience, with a significant portion spent in the Fintech, Payments, or Stablecoin sectors.
• Must have demonstrable experience working at a high-growth startup, with a deep understanding of the speed, ambiguity, and resourcefulness required to succeed in a rapidly scaling environment.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling business lines in the US market.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the proven ability to recruit, lead, and inspire high-performing, geographically distributed teams.
• Strong financial and analytical skills, with a history of managing P&L and making data-driven strategic decisions.
