About Us 

Aurora Labs is the development company behind Aurora—the EVM blockchain that runs on the NEAR Protocol. We are also the developers of, and integration partner behind, Aurora Cloud—a suite of products that allow Web2 companies to capture the value of Web3.

We are seeking a Full Stack Lead with a strong technical background and leadership skills to join our team.

Responsibilities

- Lead a team of front-end and full stack developers 
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code across front-end and back-end technologies, with a strong understanding of blockchain and decentralized technologies
- Collaborate with Product Manager to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the web3 ecosystem
- Design and implement new features and enhancements, ensuring they are scalable and performant
- Stay up-to-date on emerging web3 technologies, decentralized protocols, and blockchain standards, and make recommendations for their integration into the development process
- Collaborate with other teams, such as smart contract developers and blockchain architects, to ensure a seamless and secure decentralized user experience

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in full stack development, with proficiency in both front-end and back-end technologies (NextJS, React Native, Graphql, Serverless platforms) and a strong understanding of blockchain and decentralized technologies
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
- Proven track record of writing clean, efficient, and secure code across multiple technologies, including familiarity with Solidity for smart contract development
- Knowledge of blockchain platforms and protocols, such as NEAR, Ethereum, or Solana
- Extensive experience with modern web3 development frameworks and technologies, such as web3.js, Truffle, and Ethereum tools
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms, such as AWS or GCP
- Experience working in an Agile development environment, with a focus on decentralized application development
