We are hiring a Software Engineer (employee #1!) L1 Advisors (https://l1advisors.com), an onchain wealth management platform for financial advisors, asset managers, family offices, and their clients. We are bringing a multi-trillion-dollar industry onchain, and this person will be at the forefront of this massive shift.

You are a good fit if you are:

- A fullstack software engineer 
- An entrepreneurial individual that wants to own a product from end to end. You'll be collaborating with the founders closely but will be given a lot of freedom to build and experiment on your own
- Able to make design decisions to create great user and customer experiences 
- Experienced with web3 libraries like web3.js, ethers, and wagmi
- Interested in finance and wealth management

You will be working with:

- Javascript and Typescript
- Node.js
- React
- Web3 js libraries

It would be nice if you also:

- Have Solidity experience
- Have previously worked on a dApp
- Have experience with Firebase

  • Participating in code reviews and contributing to the development of coding standards and guidelines for the project.
