About us:

Lucid Finance aims to become a tech-enabled trustable crypto investment brand for non-technical people. We are looking for a Smart Contract Advisor at an hourly rate $15~30 to assistant us on recruiting talents and high-level architect. You'll be working closesly with founders & engineers to build a product that would disrupt the life of millions of people.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting founders to hire seasoned smart contract engineering talents.
  • Providing assistance in defining high-level architect.
  • Advising and sharing your expertise with engineers & interns.

Skills and qualifications

Basic:

  • At least 4 years of experience as a smart contract engineer.
  • Experienced in writing high-quality, well-tested smart contract code.
  • Experienced in smart contract development, especially in lending protocol and yield product smart contracts.
  • Familiar with the technical architecture of complex DeFi protocols and able to design tech solutions to solve complex problems.
  • Familiar with blockchain encryption algorithms, consensus mechanisms, security protocols, distributed computing, smart contracts as well as other underlying protocols and operating mechanisms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred:

  • At least 2 years of experience managing a software team or interviewing engineering talents.
  • Experienced in working remotely.
