At RociFi we are building a new multi-chain DeFi primitive for zero and under-collateralized lending. At its core, the protocol leverages on-chain data, Machine Learning, and loan risk-management to effectively and profitably facilitate under-collateralized loans via blockchain.

We are looking to find an experienced Senior Solidity Engineer to join our existing smart contracts team of 3 experienced engineers. You’ll be working with advanced smart contracts, working on new features for the protocol and creating new technical DeFi primitives.

Tasks

  • Participate in technical specification design, technical roadmap, and implementation of the RociFI Protocol
  • Produce high quality, performant, and well-tested Solidity code
  • Achieve comprehensive unit and integration test coverage
  • Write specs and review PRs
  • Work closely with Product owners and CTO on design and ideation of new features

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in Solidity development
  • Proven experience of previously deployed projects to Mainnet which managed 100.000 USD worth of liquidity or more
  • 3+ years in general software engineering
  • Strong understanding of Cryptoeconomics, token standards, major protocols and primitives (loans, AMM, DEX)
  • Understanding security in smart contract design
  • Understanding the blockchain data structures (Merkle tree, Patricia tree, etc.)
  • Fluency in Python or Node.js
  • Background in security engineering and/or SRE/DevOps is a plus

Bonus

  • Experience working with yield accruing tokens/protocols
  • Experience working with sidechains (Avalanche, Polygon, Arbitrum)
  • Familiarity with standard DevOps tooling
  • Familiarity with low-level EVM concepts
  • Ready to accept payment in USDC

Benefits

  • Unique chance to work in the ground-breaking company that is working to define one of the key Web 3.0 primitives
  • Building the most important parts of the modern DeFi infrastructure
  • Flexible working hours
