Sarmad is seeking an experienced and visionary Crypto CTO Cofounder to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading the technical aspects of our cryptocurrency initiatives and shaping the direction of our technology strategy. You will work alongside other co-founders to drive the vision, design, and implementation of innovative blockchain solutions. Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and development of cryptocurrency platforms and blockchain applications
- Define the overall technology strategy and roadmap for Sarmad’s crypto initiatives
- Oversee the implementation of security protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in blockchain and cryptocurrency
- Mentor and guide engineering teams to foster a culture of innovation and excellence
- Engage with the blockchain community and act as the technical spokesperson for Sarmad
- Proven experience in a technical leadership role with a strong background in blockchain and cryptocurrency
- Deep understanding of blockchain technologies and platforms, including Ethereum, Solana, or similar
- Experience in developing smart contracts and decentralized applications (dApps)
- Strong coding skills in languages relevant to blockchain development (e.g., Solidity, Rust, Go)
- Solid understanding of cryptography, consensus algorithms, and distributed systems
- Experience with relevant tools and technologies, including web3.js, truffle, IPFS, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and creative thinking abilities
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
